He has worked with organizations like Accenture, Lenovo, and Hewlett-Packard prior to joining Thakral Group in Cambodia as Country Manager for Business Operations in 2011.

Chhaya Chhin is the Founder of Puttik Information and Media platform. Recently, he is working in one of the United Nation Agencies in Cambodia. He has experience of more than 8 years working in the radio industry work and over seven years working in the legal sector based on human rights with various International and National Organizations. He was a member of the Fair Trial Rights Club of the first generation in 2011, run by UNOHCHR and the Defense Support Section, which provided in-depth knowledge of the application of fair trial rights at the Extraordinary Chambers in Court of Cambodia and in the domestic court. He also worked as a Khmer Rouge Tribunal Monitor (Asian International Justice Initiative) and Project Officer at Destination Justice. He was the recipient selected among 10 ASEAN countries, who have been awarded a project granted by the US Department of State Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative (YSEALI), with this award he has been selected to be the IOMX youth leader for International Organization for Migration, this will support him with the project called ASEAN Youth Ending Slavery. He was a MTV EXIT Youth Leader for Cambodia for which he organized local and national events to help raise awareness about human trafficking prevention. He graduated from the English Language based Bachelor of Law Program at Rule.

Chung has extensive experience in the development sector in the conservation and human rights, including extensive work with EWMI’s Open Development Initiative (ODI) and its partners in Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, Vietnam, and Myanmar. She’s an ecologist and sustainable development practitioner and has worked between the nexus of environmental governance, conservation, and human rights with an emphasis on implementing integrated biodiversity, natural resource management, and land rights initiatives with indigenous, forest-dependent or rural communities. Prior to working with ODI, she played a critical role in the formation of the Prey Lang Community Network and conducted research which led to the foundation of what is now Open Development Cambodia.

Thy Try is the Executive Director/Editor-in-Chief of Open Development Cambodia (ODC). For the last ten years he has been promoting open data, a stronger open data community and open contracting to improve transparency and accountability for sustainable development in Cambodia and the wider Mekong region.
As Executive Director/Editor-in-Chief, Try plays an important role in increasing public access to current and historical data and information about Cambodia’s development trends. The primary avenue is ODC’s online open data platform, compiling freely-available data from a wide range of public sources.
In 2015, he joined the Mekong ICT Camp in Thailand as a participant and then in 2017 his organization had the great opportunity to host the Mekong ICT Camp 2017 outside of Thailand. Following its successful organization of this event, ODC was encouraged by committee members of the Mekong ICT Camp and the open data community to host the first Cambodian ICT Camp in 2018. Try also plays a key role in the fundraising campaign for the camp.
Try has a legal background and been involving with many research projects including the situation around cyber law and freedom of the internet in Cambodia since 2013. He is a member of the advisory committee of the Global Center for Mekong Studies (GCMS) Cambodia.

Hla Hla is on a mission to visioneer learning and democratize quality education by leveraging Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality and other mobile phone technologies. After completing a Public Administration master’s degree at Harvard Kennedy School of Government, she started running an educational technology venture based out of the NASA Research center in Silicon Valley.
360ed is providing policy advice, conducting teachers training and applying technological innovation to pedagogy in Southeast Asia, starting with Myanmar. Their work had been recognized by UNESCO and received an award for innovation in digital technologies in February 2018.
Hla Hla is now heading Myanmar office and works on EdTech projects dedicated to bringing scalable, immediate, and exponential impacts in transforming national education and beyond.
