Sar Mory

Sar Mory is a Programme Coordinator for DanChurchAid (DCA) in Cambodia. He is responsible for youth engagement, digital rights, legal compliance, and grants management under the Fight Extreme Inequality Programme in DCA, including related ICT/digital rights projects.

Prior to joining DCA, Mory has more than 10 years of experience working for non-profit organizations and the development sector. He has extensive experience in empowering youth, human rights education, campaigning/awareness on human rights and digital rights, policy advocacy, and capacity building on legal frameworks for CSOs.

Mory is a co-founder of the Cambodian Youth Network (CYN), which is a youth member-based organization working on youth empowerment, civic education, and youth participation in social actions. During his time at CYN, he co-founded Open Cyber Talk, an ICT forum/event aimed at educating and increasing awareness among young Cambodian netizens about internet rights, digital security, and how to utilize ICT tools to promote freedom of expression online.
