My name is Huot Wattra, a third year International Relations student at IISPP. Volunteering for the Cambodia ICT Camp 2024 presents a heartfelt opportunity to enhance my understanding of data literacy while confronting the real challenges that many individuals, especially women, encounter in the digital realm. Issues like gender-based harassment, hate speech, and victim-blaming are critical concerns that deserve our attention and compassion. I am eager to learn from innovative solutions and gain valuable insights that can drive meaningful change for women in the digital landscape while enjoying the camp’s collaborative spirit.
