Reaksmey used to be one of volunteers for Mekong ICT Camp 2017 in Siem Reap, Cambodia. His role during the program was to facilitate, monitor, make records and produce feedback to improve for the following days. He worked closely with several speakers, making sure the participants could get the most from each session. Having previous experience with ICT camp, this year he also joins the Cambodia ICT Camp 2018 as a volunteer.
