What is the dress code?

The dress code for this camp is casual.

How will the accommodation be arranged?

The accommodation will be at the event venue and will be arranged with two people per room. Each room has a shared bathroom and basic toiletries.

How will the meals be served?

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be served at the venue.

What language will be used for training and communication during the Camp?

Most sessions and training will be undertaken in Khmer. However, some sessions will be in English as some speakers/facilitators are non-Khmer speakers. We encourage the selected participants to have a basic English language.

How is the Internet and mobile coverage provided?

Internet and Wi-Fi will be provided at the venue. However, it may be limited, so you are encouraged to avoid large downloads. For International speakers and facilitators, we recommend buying a Cambodian sim card, which can be purchased at the airport, for your personal use outside the camp.

Can I attend the camp virtually?

The online presentation is available for speakers, so you can join the camp virtually. However, the participants are required to attend the event onsite.

Will I receive a certificate of participation at the end of the camp?

Yes, you will receive a certificate of participation. Speakers, facilitators, and sponsors will get a certificate of appreciation.

What if I test positive for COVID-19 during the camp?

If you test positive for COVID-19 during the camp, you are advised to isolate yourself and receive treatment at your preferred place.

What all participants should not do at the camp:

You are not allowed to take a photo of any person at the camp without consent. There will be a session involving kids. Following children’s protection practices, you are not allowed to take their photos during the session without permission.
