Chan Viracbuth is a second-year undergraduate student pursuing dual majors in English for Communication and Transportation Engineering at Western University and TECHO SEN Institute of Public Works. He is passionate about leveraging his skills to tackle real-world challenges and is interested in technology, communication, and infrastructure development. He looks forward to building networks, supporting innovative ICT and digital transformation initiatives, and gaining practical experience volunteering at Cambodia ICT Camp 2024.
