John Weeks
John Weeks pioneered Cambodia’s first weblog and grew his IT interests into a thriving web consultancy.
From there he helped to develop ODC’s initial ‘proof of concept’ website in 2011.
Mr. Weeks also helped to develop the ICT4D Cambodia network, and has regularly assisted the ODC team in fundraising and capacity development.
